date of sale to register.  The Check may be made to yourself and endorsed upon acceptance of your bid.  
All checks will be returned to unsuccessful bidders immediately after the bidding.
Previews: By appointment only, or two hours prior to sale on March 27, 2010. Because Figure Eight Island is
a Private Island you must make prior arrangements to get inside the gate.

About Figure Eight Island:  This Private Barrier Island is located just north of Wrightsville Beach
near Wilmington, NC.  The island is approximately 5 miles in length and encompasses about 1300 acres
with approximately 441 homes. It is surrounded by the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.  It is a
private island and that can only be reached by way of a gated causeway bridge. It has been a popular
destination for celebrities and politicians. The Island is also a known filming location for the popular TV
show, "Dawson’s Creek", with the urban scenes filmed nearby in the city of Wilmington.

Because Figure Eight is a private Island, you will have to contact Mike Harper at least 24 hours prior to the
auction if you are not an island resident and you wish to attend the Auction.  It is not necessary for you to
register to bid in order to attend, however your name must be turned in to the gatehouse to be admitted
onto the Island.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
